Hello arjun,

As between VIT Vellore and SRM Chennnai I will advise you to go for VIT vellore instead of SRM Chennai. 

As SRM is on its degrading phase since from last few years . Placements of SRM are not that much good as they were before. 

On the other hand VIT maintains its record its reputation and don't let it degrade.
