BS-MS is a course offered in IISERs. The five-year course is for students who has passion in research. But you can go to other areas as well. You can choose to work in labs that do works related to your major. You can join several other jobs related to science where this degree is considered. You can go for lecturing. You may do a little research, file patent and come up with an innovative start-up.
