Hello student cut off vary every year on various factors like the level of question in the entrance examination and total number of applicants in that examination, as per previous year records its expected that candidates need to appear rank around 26,000(Genral AIQ) to get admission into SVNIT Surat.

To get rank around 26,000 your percentile must be above the 97 percentile.
