Hi,
YOUR ANSWER:
ECA is the extra curricular activities, means if you have national, zonal certificates in dancing, singing etc. You can apply for this quota for admission. ECA quota cut off is less than the normal cut off and for this you have to give audition only.
And yes, you are eligible for taking admission in bsc. Some courses requires PCB, PCM, PCM, PCBE scores.
