For admissions to PhD courses candidates must have master's degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade 'B' in the UGC 7-point scale (50% marks for the SC/ST/OBC category) from a recognised university. Candidates need to clear UGC-NET or CSIR or any equivalent exam and then qualify for the written test and personal interview conducted by the college.
