Apart from the qualifying cutoff percentile which is only 40th percentile for OBC Candidates, to be on safer side you need to score at least within the range of 520 to 570 for getting a Government Medical college through all India quota. Now the cutoffs change every year as it depends on various factors so there is no fixed cutoffs and the cutoffs are usually higher when you are applying through all India quota. So keeping a good rank is required.
