in old IIMs they will consider your academic percentages. CAT if you crack with good percentage i.e., more 99.3% you have good chances to get a call from old IIMs or if you get more than 99.70%, definitely you will get a call.

The interview calls from the old IIMs are dependent on a lot of factors such as Academics, Diversity and Stream of Graduation.

There are examples of General Engineering Male who did not get a call at 99.9 even.

It depends on lot of factors like academic history , Work EX-If any , Gender , Category , Engineer or non-engineer if you are GEM and have bad academic history even if you score 99.9%ile IIM-ABC won’t even give you call and if you perform good in WAT-PI you can convert other IIMs.
