University of Petroleum & Energy Engineering Aptitude Test (UPESEAT) is a University level entrance exam. Questions in the exam are asked from the following topics:

Mathematics – 50 Questions
Physics – 50 Questions
Chemistry – 50 Questions
English Language Comprehension – 30 Questions
Current Affairs Awareness – 20 Questions

There is no negative marking in this exam. 

Manipal Entrance Test (MET) consists of questions from the following topics:

Physics – 50 Questions
Chemistry – 50 Questions
Mathematics – 70 Questions
English & General Aptitude – 30 Questions

There is negative marking and 1 mark will be deducted for every wrong response in MET.

The level of both the exams is almost similar. However, since it is late to answer this query and the exams have already been conducted. I hope you have performed well in the exams.
