Hello,

You can visit the given link below for the last round of counselling rank cutoff given by  board.

http://dtu.ac.in/Web/notice/rank.pdf This is the last minimum rank you can consider to get an admission in the respective branch.

On the part of percentile:- you have to score near to 97-98 such that you can get a rank near to 10k-30k. There are lots of candidates and if more candidates are ahead of you then that you will get the rank on the position you stand after that.

It is same as queue ranking given like 1,2,3...so on. If there are 10k students ahead of you even when you secure 98% in JEE Mains then your rank will be 1001.
