You cannot predict packages so easily.. It all depends on your merit and the skills you possess. The way you impress a particular company, the what you pass their rounds ie the Group Discussion or maybe Personal Interview rounds.. Also your knowledge and skillset matters the most.

People usually prefer to do a job for 2 years atleast in USA and then come back to India and maybe start your own startup. Because you'll be paid higher over there as MS degree matters much higher from where you earned it.

And the rough-tough figure that I can give you as per the analysis, is that you can get a starting package of around 8-12 lakhs per annum in India.
