First step is to take MBBS. You should do a one year internship in your home country after completing the MBBS. After that you have to complete registration in New Zealand. To do this, you must show them that you are qualified, competent and fit for registration.   more than 1500 new doctors are registered each year and there are over 17,000 registered doctors practising in New Zealand.  If you are an International student, you must enrol in the programme within 6 months of your unconditional offer. After completing the one year internship in your home country, they must have qualified any one from PLAB, AMC, Canadian examination or USMLE. You have to apply for NZREX examination. If you qualify this exam, you can apply in New Zealand. The medical universities of New Zealand only consider IELTS Scores for providing admission in PG Courses.  You must be good with English. The scores you got in nzrex exam is valid for 5 years. You can wither try to improve or use the marks for Next step. Universities don’t provide direct exams to International Medical Graduates. New Zealand medical universities and institutes are highly recommended for opting medical courses. New Zealand is a major best option for those who want to mbbs abroad.

Thank you
