In 2019, an over all rank of 10746 secured a seat in Computer Science Engineering in NIT Rourkela. Now this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year depending on various factors. For this rank, your percentile should be nothing less than 98. And you will need a rank less than 10,000 for this year.
