Hi sarthak ,
I regret to inform you that with such a low score you cannot get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits or iiits.
As well as nit roulkela is one of the most sought after college in feild of engineering so they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission.
In nit roulkela considery other than home state the maximum closing rank goes upto 38k for 5 year integrated courses.
And then for homestate quota it goes maximum rank upto 60k for integrated courses.
