Candidates have to first qualify the JEE Main entrance exam to be eligiible for JEE Advanced. See, cutoff vary every year depending on various factors like the difficulty level of the exam, number of candidates appeared in the exam, etc. So, it would be difficult to tell you the exact rank.
However, as per the 2018 cutoff, the closing rank of IIT Delhi for Computer Science and Engineering was 100 for general category. So, you should aim to score 315+ marks for admission to IIT Delhi, which is one of the best Engineering college.
