Hello Dear

It is totally based upon the individual performance because most of the IT recruiter's will recruit the CSE / IT students in an average package of 3.5 - 4.5 LPA and eventhough dream companies will also offer fatty package ranging between 30 - 40 LPA from companies like Microsoft and all .
