Absolutely both are equally great (as per interest)
But I want to add a fact PEC is one of the top tier colleges which offers Aeronautical Engineering .
Plus PEC boasts a MI8 Helicopter gifted by the IAF for students to study .
So yes PEC Aeronautical has a slight edge over civil , if you don't specifically want to go for Civil .
