Yes you can apply through your improvement result of boards.

Don't worry, improvement is just giving your boards again. So your improvement will be considered as your actual board result.

Rest of the eligibility criteria remains the same. You've to be top 1% on your board.

If results aren't yet announced you can choose ' Results awaited ' option in application.
