Dear aspirant;

Till JEE 2016,Board marks was considered to calculate All India rank.

40% boards marks weightage + 60% JEE main score.

So, here are some data regarding this

Board % - 92.75 + Mains score - 78

All India Rank - 1,50,266

2. Board % - 93 + Mains score - 122

All India Rank - 58,000

But from JEE 2017, Boards marks doesn't play any role in your All India Rank it is only calculated on JEE mains marks purely..

So, again here is some data of JEE 2017

Mains marks - 102

AIR - 70,785

2. Mains marks - 180

AIR - 14,000

3. Mains marks - 145

AIR- 28,000

There is no such criteria to get admission in DTU without giving Jee mains as you will have to qualify for Jee with decent score. So if you wish to get seat in DTU then it is advisable to crack Jee with good marks and apply for JAC Delhi counseling.
