Hello Anil!
Since you have mentioned marks and not percentile, I would have to answer your query in both possible ways.
If you want to know the expected rank for 65 marks, then firstly please check your actual result from the official Jee Main website as the actual results or the NTA score is in terms of percentile and not marks. NTA has already declared the results which are in terms of your percentile ie the percentage of people you are ahead of. If you haven't checked your results yet, then go to the official website or on this link

If you have already seen your result and want to know the expected rank for 65 percentile and have mistakingly referred it as 65 marks, then you can use this rank formula to calculate your expected rank:-
Now, 100- your percentile score is the percentage of people ahead of you. Also, total number of participants in January JEE Main was 869010. So, your expected rank can be given by (100 - your total score) X 869010 /100.
In your case of scoring 65 percentile, your expected rank would be around 3,04,153. Just keep in mind that these are General or Common Rank which is usually referred to as All India Rank and not category rank.
If, however, the number of candidates for April exam get increased to 1200000 then your final rank shall be (100 - your total score) X 1200000/100
Also, after knowing your rank, you can use this college predictor to know what colleges you would get based on these January scores
