Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. And 2020 is the first time that NEET score will be considered for admission to AIIMS and it is too early to speak about 2022. Atleast after the counselling is over and after looking at the admissions, it might be the right time to talk.

Hi

It is extremely difficult to predict marks required by you to get a seat in AIIMS Delhi
This is because,
it is the first time ever when AIIMS Delhi and other AIIMS will be conducting admission through neet also required will depend upon various factors like kind of marks obtained by students in the examination , toughness level of the neet examination etc.
Also, seats are very limited in AIIMS Delhi ,
keeping these things in mind you should target around 680 marks at least in your neet examination if you want to get a seat in Aiims Delhi if you belong to general category

Thank you
