Dear Aparna,

The application forms has been released ,that is, from first week of february, 2019 and will go on till last week of june ,2019( for first round). For second round ,the registration will start from second week of July ,2019 .These dates are tentative and may change.

The above mentioned application is not being shown on website then how can I fill it? Also plz tell me is there any difference i fill this form after the results?

Dear Aparna,
These dates are tentative may be that's why you cannot find the form. Yes, you can fill the form but before the last dates. And these dates may change so keep an eye on the website.
