Hope you are doing well and the expected cutoff dates for UPSEE is the last week of June and the starting of July. Just keep an eye on the official website to get the information regarding the dates of cutoff.

Most probably by the last week of june 2019 the cutoff list would be released. As per the previously recorded scores of last year around 300 was the opening rank for CSE but if you wish to know the appropriate cutoff's you can visit various sites showing the same , so that you can gather an approximate expected cutoff's.
