Hello Pankaj. As per the official notification, the IGNOU OPENMAT XLVI and BEd entrance exam 2019 will be conducted on July 27, 2019. The duration of the exam will be three hours and the test will be held from 2 pm to 5 pm.

How to apply for IGNOU OPNEMAT, BEd entrance exam 2019:

• Log on to the official website of IGNOU, www.ignou.ac.in
• Under alerts tab, click on 'Registration open for OPENMAT (MBA) and B.Ed Entrance Test (Last date has been extended till 5th July 2019)'
• On the homepage, click on 'Application Form for OPENMAT XLVI' or 'Application Form for B.Ed.'
• Fill the application form in the prescribed format
• Pay the application fee and upload the required documents
• Click on submit
