There will be No second merit list for BLAT .

the merit list of BLAT 2019 will be made on the basis of the performance of candidate in the entrance examination. Candidates can check BLAT 2019 merit list online on the official website of BHU.

How is it possible that there will be no second merit list ? Bcz there are chances that few students will leave their blat seats who have already secured seats in clat. So ?? Why blat will not give any 2nd merit list ?
