After being alloted a seat in the first round of JOSAA counselling you can go to any of the listed document verification centres on the official JOSAA website as per your convenience. You can go to any of these centres for document verification, however, after the completion of the counselling process you will have to go to your alloted college for further process. Hope this helps.
