Yes, any graduate from any other recognised university can apply for JNU MA courses, provided that the candidates must possess a bachelor's degree under 10+2+3 patterns from JNU or from any other recognised university with at least 50% marks in M.A. in arts and aesthetics, politics, German (proficiency needed), English and Linguistics and at least 60%  for M.A. Economics
