In my point of view Osmania is better. Because at last after completion of llb 90 % students go for practice which have nothing to do with your academic knowledge. Here you will learning the actual things.
And in academic wise Osmania as good as any other University in India.
So you can join any University either Osmania or Icfai every thing will be same except fee in Osmania you will be paying Rs.3000/- per year and in Icfai Rs.200000/- per year.
In my view its only the sole difference the two Universities have.
Law in Osmania university campus is good. ICFAI has campus placements too.
