If you see the CSE branch according to ;
Placement wise VIT = MS Ramaiah
Quality of education wise VIT = MS Ramaiah
Average package in CSE wise VIT < MS Ramaiah
Ranking of college wise VIT > MS Ramaiah
Since there are many factors through which we can compare these colleges.
But in according to my point of view you should go with MS Ramaiah since it is located in Bangalore and Bangalore is also the hub of IT industries so there you will get various opportunities by doing the live project and all.

But according to campus infrastructure and placement records, VIT VELLORE with CSE branch is nice.You will get  more placement opportunities there.
