As such both the colleges are well and good. It entirely depends on what you get and what you choose.

Kcgmc ( kalpana chawla goverment medical college)

Karnal is a newly established college. Due which the college entertains  slightly less number of students . Lab facilities and equipment are new and great. College does lack in providing good sports facility. It has got a very good infrastructure . Opd section is well organized. The college provides highly effective faculty. Since the number of students is less so each student gets enough attention from the teachers.

Now Talking about shkm( shaheed hassan khan mewati goverment medical) . The college has good infrastructure. Faculty is very suportive .The college holds an affiliation to the uhsr rohtak thus the degree has immense value . Hostel facilities are good . You might face some water crisis but everyone gets used to it. And now i believe the situation has improved a lot. Both the colleges have their pros and cons . So choose wisely.
