Congratulations for performing so well in NEET.
Choosing colleges can be difficult. All the colleges you have mentioned above are great and will add something to your life so I'll give you an insight according to my opinion
KGMU- This is one of the best colleges in India, among the top 5 colleges in India. It has good faculties and also the amount of clinical exposure is also great. Since, you yourself belong to lucknow, it's better to get into KGMU if you don't want to leave family. The college life is good here.
AFMC Pune- It is a very good college. They have their own selection procedure after you apply for AFMC during counselling which has got MAT and english section etc. The life at AFMC is too great and different from other med colleges. But do keep in mind the bond you will have to sign of you do mbbs from AFMC.
AIIMS (other than AIIMS DELHI)- well here it depends on which AIIMS you are getting. There are benefits of being a AIIMS student since it is a central Institute. It has few seats reserved in pg for its own students and many more benefits. But if you are getting AIIMS that are opened recently, then go for KGMC or AFMC. You should avoid getting into newly opened colleges.
BHU- it is also a good college with great faculties and good study environment. It has a good college life.

Cut off for the following colleges in 2019 for OBC was:

• KGMU - 575
• AFMC - 571
• AIIMS - you have to give and clear AIIMS exam as NEET score is not applicable
• BHU - 550+

Cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

So CONGRATULATIONS with these marks you are eligible for KGMU, AFMC and BHU.
