Hello Aspirant,
Dr AITH Kanpur is considered a better college compared to BIET Jhansi according to me because since the past years if compared both the college's the students from Dr AITH Kanpur college had scored good marks and secured good placements into job profiles with attractive salary packages.
So overall my preference is Dr AITH Kanpur if you wish to pursue BTech in Biotechnology.
