Generally, IGNOU regional centers are considered the best study centers.The staff is experienced, mostly retired from reputed colleges and teaching standard is good. However, you will not be able to exploit any lapses as they will demand you do everything perfectly, which might be possible in other centers. If you can meet their expectations, choose the regional center.
