IIT Kanpur would be the best.

There are for sure other IITs, like IIT Madras, Kanpur, Roorke, etc.
Now I must say it's good to see you are looking to pursue your masters in a reputated institution. But let me add, don't fret about the institute too much, as long you study in the discipline of your choice, that is chemistry, you'll be good.
