BMS College of Engineering is best for CSE among these followed by MS RAMAIH and PESIT.......you can check MHRD rankings also........

PES is best for pursuing b.tech cs.... PES has good placement and education records as compared to the other two colleges.

My brother whose rank was 883 in KCET 2014 opted PES college on recommendation of many seniors, staff and qualified graduates....moreover it is most preferred for CS
