The courses that you are comparing are completely different from each other. 
BE from CSE branch is one of the branches which has highest demand atleast in this decade. And is not going to end any soon.  The salaries in CSE branch can go as high as in 7 figures also and the average salary is around 8-10 lakhs.

You have to give JEE mains and advanced exams to be eligible to get an admission in a good college in CSE department. 

Coming to B. Sc in Maths Or Physics,  although the demand is less,  the good job opportunities lie in teaching sector,  where the salaries are also good depending on your experience and performance during the course.  And to be eligible to do the course,  the candidate should have secured atleast 50% marks in the desired subject.
