If you are looking for a professional career right after your graduation then you can go for either CS or Electronics but if you want to pursue higher education and are interested in Physics and want to go for research you can choose Physics hons. Moreover you can approach for research in any field but physics won't land you in an instant job. But all the fields are equally good and you should choose depending on your interests.
