Before I start answering I want to inform you that MSIT does not have B.Tech/B.E course for electronics and instrumentation,if we are to compare HIT and Meghnad Institute of Technology,personally I would suggest you Haldia Institute of Technolgy as the said branch is more developed in HIT,although both colleges are equivalent from other perspective.Although placement is a bit better in techno main salt lake.But I personally believe it is your knowledge that will take you places and quality of education is better at HIT.

From the choices you have mentioned in the question techno India main saltlake is undoubtedly best among them ( not only for electronic and instrumentaion engineering  for  All departments also ) Whenever it comes to top private engineering colleges in West  Bengal , Techno India main comes after Institute of engineering and management and Heritage institute of technology. So  Techno India main salt lake is undoubtedly the best among the above mentioned according to placement ratios as well as academics also) .After that Meghnad Saha Institute of Technology is better than Haldia Institute of technology.
