Hii.
Both the college is on the same level but Haldia institute of technology has the nirf ranking of 172 but techno India is out of nirf ranking.
Campus of haldia institute of technology is best in West Bengal and labs are soo good.
If you get cse in haldia institute of technology you should definitely pursue it.
Placement rate of cse is best in this college.
