Talking about XISS RANCHI if you are getting HR from that college than it will be a best option for you because it is one of the best college for Human Resource Management in India. Other than HR all other options like finance marketing and rural is just an average option which I won't recommend you. Talking about ICFAI gurgaon it is a branch college of ICFAI business school Hyedrabad and it is also an average MBA college which I won't recommend you to do. So from my side XISS HRM is best option if you are not able to get it don't go for anything work hard and try for getting some good MBA college.

IBS g urgaon v/s XISS ranchi.

Lets consider the following factors then decide.

FEES:

Xiss: 8 lacs around

IBS gurgaon: 8.01 lacs

PLACEMENTS:

Xiss: avg is 6 lacs and highest is 13.5 lacs

IBS gurgaon: avg is 6.05 lacs and highest is 16.0 lacs

DIVERSITY: In xiss, the college is full of sc/st students. The infrastructure of college isn't great. Whereas, in IBS gurgaon you get diversity of students. The IBS has location advantage as well and decent infrasturcture.

My suggestion will be if you want to go for HRM then opt for XISS, otherwise go for IBS gurgaon only.
