Hi Candidate! Jadavpur University is better than IIEST Shibpur. Jadavpur University has good facilities of faculties, infrastructure, culture, academics as compare to IIEST . And of we talk about placements I don't think IIEST Shibpur has better status than JU. IIEST is good college but still they don't have good placements.

I would recommend you to choose Jadavpur University rather than IIEST.

Both the colleges arr Best for CSE,but Jadavpur University has Better Placements Records than IIEST,Shibpur as Jadavpur Consider Admission into thier CSE Programs Through WBJEE and IIEST Accepts JEE MAINS Score for their Admissions.IIEST is good for Aeronautical Engineering even.
