Both the mentioned colleges have their flare. So in a nutshell if I were to suggest you to choose anyone of the above mentioned colleges, I would say that the choice rests on your aspirations. Incase you wish to take up something related to IT or CS as your domain, then you should consider joining IIIT Bangalore, otherwise if you wish to pursue careers in any of the core engineering domains such as civil, mechanical, electrical etc then you must choose MANIT Bhopal.
