In my opinion nit manipur is best.
They have good placement and may other extra curricular activities. You can use the college comparison option in career360 app to compare the 2 colleges

CBIT is better than nit Manipur since living in hostel at Manipur is not a easy task when compared to CBIT
Campus life and all at CBIT are far better than nit Manipur even the placements
