NIT, Warangal is fantastic in computer science. In general, it is the first NIT to be established and is ranked #2 in NITs.
There is no comparison or doubt when you compare NITW and NITR (if you have a choice).
In 1988 itself, computer science department had one of the best equipped and also had great faculty.
