Both AIIMS Gorakhpur and PMCH are excellent government Medical colleges in India. PMCH is one of the oldest medical colleges of India but on the contrary AIIMS Gorakhpur is very new college. The NIRF ranking for NCHM is also much better than AIIMS Gorakhpur.

PMCH has brilliant and experienced faculties. But in today's date choosing AIIMS will be kind of slightly better caused it is more modernized as compared to PCMH with latest technologies. So, overall both the colleges has promising quality but PMCH looks more promising.
