Hope you are doing well. As per your query both of these colleges are very renowned and good amongst all the IITs. The placement status of ECE in IIT Dhanbad is good. The highest package offered was 43 LPA while the average and lowest was 14 LPA and 9 LPA. The faculties and staff there are well experienced and highly cooperative. Now coming to IIT Goa which started functioning in 2016. Till now there is no record of placements as the first batch will be graduating this year. Though the ratings and rankings of the college is excellent. It totally depends on what branch you want to choose nevertheless the college.
