Which should be better for btech engineering , HBTU or NIT Silchar, location doesn't matter for me..

Both colleges are good at there level but I will suggest to go for Netaji Subhash Institute of technology and Delhi Technical University of you have a good rank in JEE mains.Hbtu is also better option.
