Both the branches are having good scope in the industry right now. With the boost of IT sector in our country, Computer Science engineers are required and hence scope is there. With smartphone industry developing in India ECE is having a good scope.
Now you must choose by interest. Either you feel interested in programming and coding or Circuit designing. If coding then go for CSE or if circuit designing then go for ECE.
