I would like to inform you that, every state provides its under graduate student the reservation for pursuing post graduation further from the same state.

I would suggest you to opt that state for MBBS where there are more number of PG colleges available. But do check the college's overall ranking, infrastructure, quality of education and many of the other vital parameters.
