In order to prepare for M.Sc Biotechnology entrance exams of JMI and AMU, you must prepare some important topics from the syllabus of B.Sc Biotechnology. These include Introductory Biological Chemistry, Animal and Plant Physiology, Recombinant DNA Technology, DNA Typing, Proteomics and Beyond, Biodiversity and Taxonomy, Microbiology and Macromolecule, Biostatistics.

You can also expect some questions from 10+2 level. The subjects which are important in M.Sc Biotechnology entrance exams are Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Geology, Biotechnology and general knowledge. Hence it is advisable to learn all the chapters in B.Sc Biotechnology thoroughly. You can also refer to NCERT textbooks of Class 12.
