If you are planning to go for LLB then i'll not recommend you to go for distance learning as Bar Council of India (Which regulates lawyers profession)does not recognize any distance education degree for LLB.  Few institutes which offer LLB through distance mode are:

• National Law School of India University Distance Education Department, Bangalore (NLSIU DED), Bangalore, Karnataka
• BHU
• Guru Nanak Dev University.
• Dr. Ambedkar Law University, Tamil Nadu
• Kalinga University, Bhubaneswar.
